Mark has built his career bringing people together to solve complex problems and create opportunities. His experience spans state government, healthcare and human services, association leadership, economic development, business development, and public affairs—giving clients a perspective that extends well beyond the State Capitol.

Having worked both inside government and with organizations navigating government, Mark understands how decisions are made, how policy develops, and how businesses and organizations can effectively engage with policymakers, state agencies, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.

Over the course of his career, Mark has developed relationships across West Virginia with business and industry leaders, policymakers, executive branch officials, healthcare executives, associations, and community leaders.
